Grand Capital Holdings Limited is a financial services firm based in Hong Kong. Its wholly owned subsidiaries of Grand Capital Securities Limited and Grand Capital Futures Limited, offer execution and advisory services to individuals, corporations and institutions through its brokerage, wealth management, asset management and institutional divisions. Clients can utilize self-directed and advisor assisted channels to access global markets and gain exposure to multiple asset classes. Grand Capital is licensed by SFC to conduct type 1, 2, 4, 5 and 9 regulated activities and holds trading and clearing memberships on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong and Hong Kong Futures Exchange. Becomes SEHK/HKSCC Participant Grand Capital Securities Limited becomes an Exchange Participant of SEHK and Direct Clearing Participant of HKSCC.
Grand Capital Obtains SFC Licenses
Grand Capital Securities Limited obtains type 1, 4 and 9 licenses from the SFC and Grand Capital Futures Limited obtains type 2 and 5 licenses from the SFC.
Grand Capital Established
Grand Capital Holdings Limited was established on April 1, 2019 and its subsidiaries Grand Capital Securities Limited and Grand Capital Futures Limited were established on April 8, 2019.
